RF GENERATOR
RF Generator는 반도체 및 디스플레이 제조 공정 중 Plasma를 사용하는 System에서 AC 교류 전 력을 RF 고주파 전력으로 변환해주는 장치로써 Chamber내부에서 공정에 필요한 반응 가스를 Plasma로 만들어 주기 위해 전력을 공급해 주는 장치이다.
RF MATCHER
RF Matcher는 반도체 및 디스플레이 공정의 Plasma System에서 Chamber와 RF Power Source의 임피던스(50Ω)를 실시간으로 정합 하여 최대 전력을 전달해 주는 장치이다.
RF FILTER
RF Filter는 반도체 및 디스플레이 공정 장비의 Chamber에서 세어 나오는 noise를 막아주는 제품으로 반도체 및 디스플레이 제작 공정의 효율성을 높이고 설비상의 제품간 간섭을 줄여주는 역할을 한다. RF Filter는 Chamber상 적용하는 위치 및 기능에 따라 그 명칭을 달리하며 TCS(Temp Control System) Filter, TC(Themo Coupler) Filter, Heater Filter, ESC(Electrostatic Chuck) Filter등이 있다.
RF GENERATOR
RF generator is a device that converts ａlternating current (AC) power into RF high-frequency power in a plasma system during the semiconductor and display manufacturing processes.
RF MATCHER
RF MATCHER is a device that delivers maximum power by matching the impedance (50Ω) of the chamber and the RF power source in real time in the plasma system of semiconductor and display processes.
RF FILTER
RF FILTER is a product that blocks noise from the chamber of semiconductor and display process equipment. It increases the efficiency of the semiconductor and display manufacturing process and reduces interference between products in the facility. RF FILTER have different names depending on the location and function applied on the chamber, and include Temp Control System (TCS) filter, Thermo Coupler (TC) filter, heater filter, and (Electrostatic Chuck (ESC) filter.
